Pokegama Sanitarium in Pine City, MN

In the 1900s, this served as a hospital for tuberculosis. Located in Pine City, MN, it is now abandoned and quite vandalized. The south door to the building remains open with snow accumulating through there and other windows throughout the property. It is reported that a few different companies have housed in there since the hospital closed. It amazed me that so much still remained within the building (furniture, doors, debris, bathroom fixtures, file cabinets, etc).

Disappointing to see the trash, abandoned furniture, supplies, etc from this building. So strange that so much was left abandoned.
